The Immigrant Women's Society in Germany has a set of policies designed to uphold its values, ensure the well-being of its members, and guide its operations and decision-making processes. These policies include an Anti-Discrimination Policy, a Confidentiality Policy, a Code of Conduct, a Safety and Well-being Policy, a Financial Management Policy, a Governance and Decision-Making Policy, and a Partnership and Collaboration Policy. The Anti-Discrimination Policy is a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or immigration status. The Confidentiality Policy respects the privacy and confidentiality of its members and their personal information. The Code of Conduct outlines expected behavior and expectations for members, staff, and volunteers.

The Safety and Well-being Policy prioritizes the safety and well-being of its members and aims to prevent and respond to incidents of harassment, abuse, or violence. The Governance and Decision-Making Policy ensures democratic and participatory decision-making processes. The Partnership and Collaboration Policy outlines criteria for selecting partners, expectations for collaboration, and dispute resolution mechanisms. These policies are periodically reviewed and updated to reflect changes in the organization and external environment.
